Richard “Dick” “Stoney” Stone, 78, of Higginsville, died January 23rd at the Centerpoint Medical Center
He was born September 10, 1937 in Higginsville, to Harry and Elizabeth (Parks) Stone.
Through the years Dick was married to Sue, Patsy, Eilene and Sylvia. He also had long relationships with Ella and Millie.
After his graduation from Higginsville High School Dick worked at Wollard Buick at the parts manager. For most of his life he operated a hog farm or worked for Moore Farms. After retirement he was a distributor of hay, straw and squirrel corn.
He is preceded in death by brothers, Don and Jim Culley, Harry L. and Johnny Stone; sisters, Betty Lewis and Mary McGinness; and a grandson, Michael Maybrier.
He is survived by:

Daughter: Sue Wyatt (Walt) of Independence, MO
Nancy Crouch of Richmond, MO
Brother: George Stone (Cathy) of Green Valley, AZ
12 Grandchildren 15 Great Grandchildren
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, January 30th at 2:00 pm, at the Kaiser ~Wiegers Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Daniel Goehringer of Rolling Meadows Christian Church in Odessa
Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
