Debbie Draper, 62, of Higginsville, died at her home on August 31st.
She was born December 18, 1952 in Marshall, MO to Norman and Freda (Koehler) Schreier
She married Ted Draper on June 20, 1970 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waverly.
Debbie worked at Hallmark Cards as a buyer manager for 37 years. Since her retirement from Hallmark she has worked as a buyer for MARC, Mid-America Regional Council.
She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and very active there, serving on the church council, voter’s assembly and altar guild. She was also active at the Immanuel Lutheran School, serving on the Association School Board and PTL. She was an active member of the Higginsville Country Club.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 3rd from 5-8 pm at the Immanuel Lutheran Church
Memorial Services will be Friday, September 4th at 10:30 am at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, officiated by Pastor Marcus Jauss and Reverend Harold Luckritz
