Laverne Ridenour, 57, of Higginsville, died September 4th at the Lafayette Regional Medical Center 
She was born October 8, 1958 in North Kansas City, MO to Willard and Wanita (Romesburg) Ridenour.
Laverne was raised in Parkville. She lived in various group homes over the years, in Nevada and Pleasant Hill. But she spent most of her life in Higginsville. She lived on the Habilitation Center campus for many years and in an ISL home the past few years.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 9th at 3:00 pm at the Kaiser-Wiegers Funeral Home in Higginsville
She will be buried in the City Cemetery
Memorials are suggested to the Parent Association at the Higginsville Habilitation Center
