Amanda Phillips, 46, of Higginsville, died July 19, 2020 at Centerpoint Medical Center.
She was born March 15, 1974 in Ft. Gordon, GA to Dennis and Janice (Summers) Phillips. Dennis was in the military so they moved around. They lived in Ft. Riley, KS for a few years and then settled in Kansas City.
Amanda attended several state schools for the severely handicapped, including Rolling Meadows State School. She moved to the Higginsville Habilitation Center in 1983.
