Terry “Bruce” Lile, 66, of Lexington, died March 1, 2020 at his home.

He was born June 27, 1953 in Highland, IL to Billy and Joyce (Carter) Lile.

He married Pamela Snell on May 6, 1972 in Henrietta, MO.

Bruce worked as a policeman in Lexington and Higginsville for 12 years. He also ran a gas station, auto body shop and tow truck service. He started Eastside Auto which became the Muffler Shoppe, which his sons and grandsons still operate today. He loved racing and he owned and operated Emma indoor raceway and Lasoski speedway.

He is preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Terry B. Lile, Jr.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 5th from 6-8 pm at the Kaiser ~Wiegers Funeral Home in Higginsville

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 6th at 2:00 pm at the Assembly of God Church in Lexington, officiated by Pastor Jack Blansit.

He will be buried in the Memory Gardens Cemetery
