Roy Carter, 70, of Aullville, died Monday, October 23rd at his home
He was born December 1, 1946, in Kansas City, MO to Richard and Alice (Taylor) Carter.
Roy was retired from Hickman Plumbing where he was a master plumber.
Roy was a former member of the Board of Alderman in Aullville. He enjoyed bowling in his league and riding his motorcycle.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, October 27th at 10:00 am at the Higginsville Senior Center, officiated by Rev. Liz Deveney.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
He will be buried in the Odessa Cemetery
Memorials are suggested to the Higginsville Senior Center.
