Randall Lee Bondurant, age 59, of Smithville, died on January 20th at St. Luke’s Hospital on the plaza.
He was born December 1, 1959 in Richmond, MO to Harold and Emma Laverne (Lowry) Bondurant.
Randall grew up in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School.
He joined the US Air Force in 1983 where he rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant. He worked on the explosive ordnance disposal team. After his honorable discharge in 1993 he attended DeVry University and studied computer science. He worked for 10 years as a computer analyst, programmer and software developer. He went back to ordinance disposal, this time as a private contractor, for 5 years, achieving the title of UXO Tech III.
Randall was a member of the American Legion Post #58 in Smithville, and enjoyed archeology as a hobby.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Richard Bondurant.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 27th from 3-5 pm at Kaiser ~Wiegers Funeral Home in Higginsville
Funeral Services will be held Monday, Jan. 28th at 2:30 pm at the Kaiser ~Wiegers Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Dan Lowry.
He will be buried at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery with an Air Force Honor Guard
