Amelia “Amy” Louise (Ansley) Blevins, 79, of Farmington, MO, died June 27, 2021, at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born October 30, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Dr. James and Amelia (Gumienny) Ansley.
She married Marvin Blevins on January 2, 1982. He preceded her in death on September 15, 2014.
Amy was trained in accounting/bookkeeping. She worked for the City of Overland Park, KS and at H&R Block. She also waitressed as a Playboy bunny at the Playboy Club in Florida.
She enjoyed taking part in the Volksmarching walking club events throughout the U.S.
She was an avid sports fan, rooting for the KC Chiefs, KC Royals and St. Louis Cardinals.
She also liked to watch the U.S. Summer & Winter Olympics, NCAA basketball, and pretty much every sport in between.
Time spent skiing in Colorado and New Mexico were special trips for her.
Cake decorating, flower arranging, needlepoint & cross-stitch were a few of her talents.
She certainly had a special love for Max, Fritz, Heidi, Freddie, and Patches, her Schnauzer dogs over the years.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents.

Step-Mother: Mary Ansley of Mt. Vernon, IL
There will be a private burial at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
